Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. 365pak reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds published maximum stake limits, where a pricing error has occurred, or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Pricing errors: In the event that a market is offered at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or human error, 365pak reserves the right to void any bets accepted at the erroneous price and to refund the original stake. 365pak will notify affected players via email within 72 hours of voiding.
In-play betting: Live in-play markets on PSL, international cricket, football, UFC, and other events are subject to suspension and delay due to live event developments. Bets accepted before a suspension is applied are valid; bets placed after a suspension window opens may be voided at 365pak's discretion.
Maximum winnings: 365pak imposes maximum payout limits per event, per market type, and per account, which are published in the platform's betting rules section. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum will not be paid.
